Susan George, a home stager certified by the Home Staging Institute, has been staging homes for over 15 years. She began by helping stage the houses of friends and relatives before they listed their house for sale, and it quickly evolved into a full-time job that Susan loves! Having moved multiple times, Susan educated herself on the current local market trends and what buyers in her area were looking for. She then would stage her own house and in each case, her homes sold in under three weeks- many times at the asking or above the asking price. Susan realized that she had an eye for what potential buyers were looking for and a talent for decorating and staging. Both realtors and friends alike encouraged Susan to turn her passion and talent into a business, and soon Cardinal Home Staging was born. Over the years, Susan’s popularity in staging and design reached the film industry companies, and several of Susan’s homes have been used for national and local commercials, Industrial website “in shop” videos, and Independent films. Susan’s vivacious personality, easygoing attitude, and limitless energy contribute to her success with home sellers, realtors, and professionals in other industries. Susan’s determination to work within a client’s budget to achieve the same desired goal—a quickly sold house—is why clients love working with her, and it’s easy to see why Susan loves what she does.

Lynne Boro was a former executive with IBM, lending her talents and expertise in their consulting division. Since leaving IBM after her second son was born, Lynne has coached a number of travel soccer teams at the youth level. She was also treasurer on the executive board for Children’s International Summer Villages. Lynne then joined Cardinal Home Staging as the Marketing Director. Lynne works very closely with Susan, developing strategic plans for the business, and execution of each and every staging job done. Lynne is developing networking relationships with real-estate agents and others in related fields. Lynne is also involved in the business operations of the company.
